1. Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Riwayat. Please read this policy carefully before you place an order.
No Returns, No Exchanges
All sales at Riwayat are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, color preference, or any other personal reason. Please check your size, color, and product details before ordering.
How to Order With Confidence
· Check our size chart and product measurements carefully before ordering.
· Read the product description, fabric details, and photos.
· Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about size or fit. We are happy to help.
· Please note that colors may look slightly different from the photos because of lighting and screen settings. This is not a defect.
Exceptions: Wrong or Damaged Items
We will make it right if your order arrives:
· Damaged or defective, or
· Different from what you ordered (wrong item, wrong size sent, or wrong color sent)
To qualify, you must:
1. Contact us within [24 / 48] hours of receiving your parcel.
2. Send clear photos of the item and a continuous unboxing video, filmed from opening the sealed parcel, showing the shipping label and the problem.
3. Keep the item unworn, unwashed, and with its tags.
Once we confirm the issue, we will [replace the item / refund the amount] at our choice, depending on stock availability. We do not accept claims made after this period, or for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order only before it is dispatched. Contact us as soon as possible by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be sent to you through [the original payment method / bank transfer / JazzCash / Easypaisa] within [X] working days.
