·        Product availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund of any amount paid.

·        Placing an order is an offer to buy. A confirmed order is accepted when we confirm it by phone, WhatsApp, email, or by dispatching your parcel.

·        We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.

·        Please provide accurate contact and delivery details.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using the methods shown at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due when the parcel is delivered.

6. Shipping, Returns and Exchanges

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy states that sales are final, except for damaged or wrong items as described there. Please read both policies before ordering.
