Where We Deliver

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within [1 to 3] working days after confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. During sales and festive seasons such as Eid, processing may take longer.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes [3 to 7] working days, depending on your city and our courier partner. These are estimates, and delays caused by the courier, weather, or events outside our control are not guaranteed against.

Shipping Charges

·        Standard delivery charge: Rs. 300

·        Free delivery on orders above Rs. 6000

Payment Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you choose COD, please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel and pay the amount in cash. We may contact you to confirm your order. We may cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, or from customers who repeatedly refuse parcels.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number by [WhatsApp / SMS / email] where available.

Incorrect Address

Please check your name, phone number, and address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or because you did not accept it, you may need to pay the delivery charges again for a re-send.

Inspect Your Parcel

Please check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged when it arrives. If it looks opened or damaged, please tell the courier and contact us right away. For damaged or wrong items, see our Refund, Return and Exchange Policy.
